This page is for students and teachers who created an account on Ujjwal Pharma Academy (website or Android app, package com.ujjwalpharma.app). There is no in-app delete button. Send a request using the steps below and we will process it.
1. How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the same address you used to register.
- Use the subject line Delete my Ujjwal Pharma Academy account.
- Include: your full name, registered email, and (if you know it) whether you use the website, the Android app, or both.
- If you are signed in as a student, you may instead open Support in the student portal and submit a ticket with the same details. Email still works if you cannot sign in.
We only delete the account that matches the verified email. A parent or lawful guardian may write on behalf of a learner under 18.

2. What we do after your request
- We confirm the request against the registered email (and may ask one follow-up if it is unclear).
- We revoke active sessions so the account can no longer sign in.
- We remove personal profile data from active systems and delete optional uploaded documents (photograph, signature, marksheets).
- We email you when the request is completed, using the address you wrote from.
3. Data we delete
- Account profile: name, email, phone, photo, bio, and similar personal fields.
- Google sign-in link and Google OAuth tokens stored for that user.
- Optional student profile details and uploaded academic documents.
- Addresses and education-history records stored on the account.
- Device notification tokens registered for the Android app.
4. Data we keep
Indian tax, payment, and fraud rules require some records after an account is closed. We keep these without your name or login:
- Purchase, invoice, refund, and entitlement rows needed for accounting.
- Exam-result and attempt records that are already part of academic history.
- Support-ticket history needed to show we handled the deletion request.
Deleting your account does not by itself refund paid courses or exams. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. How long it takes
We remove personal data from active systems within 30 days of a verified request. Encrypted backups age out on their normal rotation within 90 days. This matches our Privacy Policy.
6. After deletion
- You cannot sign in with that account on the website or the Android app.
- Paid content access for that account ends.
- You may register again later with the same email; it is a new account, not a restore.
