Refund Policy

1. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the same address you used to register.
2. Use the subject line Refund request — Ujjwal Pharma Academy.
3. Include your full name, registered email, order or payment reference if you have it, the item purchased, and why you are requesting a refund.
4. Signed-in students may instead open Support and submit a ticket with the same details.

2. How we decide

Refunds are handled case-by-case. We also follow the rules of the payment provider used for that order. We typically consider:

• Duplicate or failed payments where money was taken more than once.
• A technical fault on our side that prevented access you already paid for.
• Unused digital access, where the paid exam, class, or file was not opened.

A refund is not automatic because you changed your mind after using the content.

3. When a refund is usually declined

• You completed or substantially used a paid exam, live class, recording, or PDF.
• You shared account access or paid content in breach of the Terms.
• You closed the account first. Deleting an account does not by itself refund purchases. Ask for a refund before or with the deletion request.

4. After we approve a refund

Approved amounts are returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-app timelines are outside our control. Purchase, invoice, and refund rows needed for accounting may still be kept, as described in our Privacy Policy.
