1. Agreement

By using Ujjwal Pharma Academy at ujjwalpharma.website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Students, teachers, and admins have different access rights. Teachers must be approved before using the Teacher Portal.

3. Paid content & refunds

Some exams, live classes, recordings, and subscriptions are paid. Prices and access rules are shown at purchase time. Refund requests are handled case-by-case according to our Refund Policy and applicable payment provider rules.

4. Teacher Google integration

Teachers may optionally connect a Google account so the platform can create Meet links, sync recordings, and upload bot-recorded classes to Drive. You must only connect an account you own and have rights to use. You are responsible for admitting the meeting bot to your Meet session when auto-recording is enabled.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share account access or paid content unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape without permission, or abuse APIs.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and our original content remain our property. Teacher-uploaded materials remain the teacher's responsibility; by publishing, teachers grant us a license to host and deliver that content to enrolled students.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Exam outcomes depend on student effort; we do not guarantee admission results. Live class / recording features depend on third-party services (Google Meet, Drive, payment providers) that we do not control.

8. Account deletion guide

There is no in-app delete button on the website or Android app (package com.ujjwalpharma.app). To close your account:

1. Email [email protected] from the same address you used to register, or open Support while signed in as a student.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Ujjwal Pharma Academy account.
3. Include your full name, registered email, and whether you use the website, the Android app, or both.

After we verify the request we revoke sessions, remove personal profile data and optional uploaded documents from active systems within 30 days, and age encrypted backups out within 90 days. Purchase, invoice, refund, exam-result, and support-ticket rows needed for tax, payment, or fraud rules may be kept without your login. Deleting an account does not by itself refund paid content — see the Refund Policy. The same steps are also published at Request account deletion.
